After months of email marketing notices, and last minute promotional blasts to clients and the general market, we're now just days away from our September 20 booking deadline for the 2018 Holiday season. We anticipate a sold out season this year and it's important that we set these seasonal timelines so we can now turn our attentions to the needs of our clients who have both reserved early, and continued to book early and commit their support to our services repeatedly over the years.
As a boutique entertainment and promotional business, it's important that we ensure that the next few weeks and months are dedicated to preparing for the holiday season and catering to the needs of our clients. In order to do this effectively, we want to minimize the distractions and demands on our team to ensure that our ability to cope with last minute changes is reserved for our Legacy and current clients.
We believe that this commitment to our clients and to the quality of our service as a result, is what separates us from any potential competition, and keeps us at the forefront of the industry as the pioneers of the popuprink market.
Over the coming weeks our clients will be introduced to our associate PR team, Producers and Regional Project Managers who will be overseeing their projects. They will have the opportunity to view new add-on opportunities and participate in new Chill Entertainment tourist programs and more. Finally, we're looking forward to the season and even more happy our clients chose to make us part of their holiday festivities again this year. As always we know it will be busy and challenging, but always rewarding.
