DEAR VALUED GUESTS,

Covid-19 is a global health crisis that has impacted all sectors of society. We must continue do all we can to mitigate the losses, both human and economic, and extend our support to all those who also continue work tirelessly towards these goals.

We have consulted with public health officials, in order to  create a plan to address the issues of Covid-19 and best ensure the safety of guests. While many of these policies were already part of operational policies, we have further adapted our event plans to enhance distancing measures, and limit exposure, in order to provide guests with the opportunity to experience skating activities.

As always, our hearts are with everyone who has suffered losses during this pandemic. This has been a challenging time for everyone, and we are committed to working in partnership with our clients as we takes steps back to normalcy. The desire for recreation, entertainment and socialization is strong, and provided that we all work together, we can make our way through, safely.

REGARDS,

TEAM CHILL

EVENT DESIGN

Event operation plans and site layouts that maximize efficiency, maintain 6' radius among guests where possible, and minimize the need for guests or groups to gather to gather, or wait for extended periods. This may include privacy areas, border-less designs were applicable, and professional activity directors to monitor and direct rink activity.

TOUCHLESS CHECK-IN

Going touchless not only makes sign-in safe., but it allows for advance reservations, and delivers peace of mind especially in times of a global health crisis. Online registration also allows data collection for contact tracing to ensure accuracy and efficiency of communication.

PERSONAL PROTECTION

Guests receive a list of safety reminders upon booking, and details are clearly posted on site. All guests must wear socks, and in times of increased public health concerns, guests must gloves, and face masks, when entering the event area, privacy areas, as well as during all activities.

GUEST SCREENING

In an effort to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure, guests may be asked a series of questions regarding their current health, recent or past exposure to the virus, and be subject to a temperature check. Anyone feeling ill, or experiencing symptoms will be directed to the nearest medical area, or encouraged to see their family physician.

LIMITED CAPACITY

To ensure the safety of guests, both rink capacity, and duration of activities are limited. During increased times of public health concerns, these capacity limits may be modified to meet established guidelines whenever possible. Currently we are hosting events for groups of 10 people or less per session.

INCREASED SANITATION

While our equipment is routinely cleaned after use, we have increased our cleaning policies to ensure that skates are sanitized, after each use, privacy (changing) areas, and perimeter walls are disinfected hourly, and that hand sanitizer is available on site for both our hosts and guests.
