It happens every four years! The Winter Olympic Games has always held a special place in the lives of people not just here, but worldwide; and during this time our services are in especially high demand as groups and organizations everywhere plan celebration activities featuring all of the favorite winter sports. Every Olympic season this demand grows stronger with many extending Olympic theme events for several months following the Games.
This Olympic Season we're introducing the "Olympic Lounge" package which features our basic portable rink package, and VIP lounge areas featuring games, decor and more. Special features also include our talent cast of championship skaters, including former Olympians, who are available for special appearances at the Olympic Lounge.
Whether it's general skating, a figure skating performance, hockey game, speed skating oval, or curling lane, Chill Entertainment has designed packages to suit any Olympic theme or activity. Best of all, many of our own crew have experience in each of these winter sports, which is an asset to our clients who may be new to winter sports but want to offer the best possible experience to their guests.
This season our Early Booking Promotional offers also take place during the Olympic Season. Already we have booked 30% of tthe available dates and inventory for the 2018 holiday season, and we anticipate being close to sold out by March 20, 2018. Every year we hear from disappointed clients who missed out on their fates, and our promotional pricing opportunities. Over the next two weeks we anticipate our reservations will reach 50%, and 80% at we enter March and the final stretch of the promotional season.
Olympic season is a time for legacy building, and many of our regular clientele are moving to our Legacy Program which helps to save even more more money over a 2 year promotional period. Legacy Programming is a perfect way to build a seasonal promotion by securing your rental rates and dates in advance, with a flexible payment plan. Many have asked about extending their Legacy Program however currently we are offering this opportunity through 2019 only.
Finally, we are postponing our 'Used Rink Sale" promotion until after the Olympic Season. Due to demand we are currently unable to offer any product for sale, and will re-evaluate supplies after the Olympic Season ends - March 20.
